Custom AI · Direction 00 Outbound voice · Gemini Live · Telegram & telephony
Custom AI Call dials your leads, talks to them by voice and follows a script you drew as a graph. Every detour returns to the script, every call leaves a transcript, and only the person on the line hangs up.
Runs on your own numbers — Telegram accounts, Twilio, SIP, Binotel, Zadarma — and on your own server if you want it to. The panel lives at call.ccustom.ai.
§ 01
Leads come in, the script is a drawing, the agent calls inside the rules, and the outcome lands where you work. Nothing in between needs a person — and every step is visible.
01
CSV, Google Sheets, a webhook, or your CRM. Consent and do-not-call status travel with each row and are checked before every dial.
02
Blocks for what the agent says and asks, arrows for what the person answers. Or describe the call in chat and the setup agent draws it for you.
03
Inside the call window, under the daily and hourly caps. It speaks, listens, meets objections and returns to the script from where it left off.
04
Result, collected fields and the transcript land in the panel. The follow-up goes out by Telegram, WhatsApp, SMS or email; the CRM row is updated.
§ 02
The conversation is a graph: nodes are blocks, arrows are answers. The prompt the agent reads is compiled from this drawing, so what you see is exactly what it says. Click a block to read it; press Play to walk the route from the greeting to the goal.

Placeholders such as {company}, {agent} and {offer} are filled from the agent settings, so one template serves any company. Blocks are validated before every save: exactly one start, no dead ends, no unreachable blocks, every objection returns.
§ 03
Everything the agent will do is set up, watched and measured in one place — inside the Custom AI app, next to the calendar and the clients it already runs.
Drag blocks, draw arrows, label answers. Undo. Live validation. A prompt preview shows the exact text the engine receives.
“Make the greeting shorter and add a price objection.” It answers with a list of operations on the graph — you see each change and can undo any of them.
Sales, booking, win-back, confirmation, survey / NPS, payment reminder, support callback. Pick one, then edit the graph under it.
Name, voice, language, tone. Honesty mode: reactive or proactive. Hang-up policy. Daily and hourly caps, attempts, cooldown. Quiet hours, call window, recording.
Watch the transcript run while the call is on. Which block the agent is in, what was collected, who is speaking. Step mode: one call at a time, on your button.
Import, dedupe, consent flags, DNC list. Build a queue per campaign, watch it drain, see every attempt and its reason.
Funnel: dialed, answered, goal reached, follow-up sent. Cost per result, minutes per outcome, objections that came up most.
Owner edits scripts and limits; an operator runs campaigns and takes transfers; a viewer reads transcripts and numbers. Every change is logged.
§ 04
The voice is Gemini Live, native audio: it listens while it speaks and stops when the person starts. The rules are not a prompt paragraph — they are code in the engine, and the engine refuses to dial when one is broken.
No number is dialed except through the compliance gate. Consent, do-not-call, quiet hours and number health are checked there — and the test mode goes through the same door.
Asked “is this a robot?” or “are you a person?”, the agent answers first word, straight: yes, an AI assistant. Calling itself human is impossible — the prompt is not assembled without that rule.
A daily cap, an hourly cap, attempts per lead, a cooldown, quiet hours. Going over is a refusal to dial, not a line in a log.
Even when the call dies on the first second. Every outcome is derived from that transcript, and you can read it.
After the goodbye the agent goes quiet on the line. No tool and no rule ends the call; a dead-line timer and a maximum length are the only fuses.
An objection, “later”, “text me”, confusion — each branch ends with a choice of two actions or a return to the block where the talk broke off. “Sorry to bother you” is a defect the tests catch.
EU AI Act, art. 50. The honesty mode has two settings. reactive answers truthfully when asked; proactive opens the call by saying it is an AI assistant, which meets the article's disclosure duty directly. The choice is yours and is shown on every campaign.
§ 05
Calls go out through the lines you already have. Leads come from where they already live. Results go back there.
Telephony
Where the call is placed from.
Leads and CRM
Where the numbers come from and where outcomes are written.
Follow-up
What the person receives after the call.
Your own engine
The Node engine on your server, paired with the panel by an engine key.
§ 06
Anywhere a phone call is the step that moves things and a person is too expensive to make forty of them a day.
§ 07
The figures that are true by construction. Conversion is yours to measure; the panel measures it for you.
§ 08
A call from dial to outcome, and the panel around it.

Until it is here, the presentation walks through the same ground — slide by slide, in three languages.
§ 09
Two parts: a monthly fee for the panel and the agent, and a per-minute rate for the voice and the line. Both depend on your volume and your telephony, so we quote rather than list.
01
One business, one line, one script at a time.
per-minute + monthly
quoted for your volume
02
Several people, several campaigns, a CRM to keep in step.
per-minute + monthly
quoted for your volume
03
Volume, your own numbers and your own server.
per-minute + monthly
quoted for your volume
The per-minute part covers the voice model and the line; telephony providers bill their own minutes on top when you bring your own account. A quote lists both, per month, for your numbers.
§ 10
Outbound calls are regulated by consent and by do-not-call rules that differ by country. The engine dials only leads with a consent flag and not on a DNC list; quiet hours and caps are enforced in code. Where the law requires disclosure that the caller is an AI, switch the honesty mode to proactive. You remain the controller of your lead data and responsible for its lawful basis.
Asked directly — always, first word, no jokes. Unprompted — that is a setting. In proactive mode the agent opens by introducing itself as an AI assistant; in reactive mode it simply does the job and answers honestly when asked. It can never claim to be a person.
Ukrainian, English and Russian have full templates and compiled prompts today. The voice is Gemini Live native audio, which speaks and understands dozens of languages; a script in another language is written by the setup agent on request and reviewed by you before the first call.
Calls through Telegram accounts (no number required), Twilio, a SIP trunk, Binotel and Zadarma. Several lines can be pooled and rotated; each line's health is tracked and a tired one rests.
Yes. Bring your Twilio account, your SIP credentials or your Binotel / Zadarma keys; the call is placed from your number and your provider bills its own minutes. Nothing is ported.
Two ways, both on the same graph. Draw it: add blocks, draw arrows, label answers. Or tell the setup agent what to change in chat; it returns a list of operations, each applied visibly and each undoable. The prompt is compiled from the graph, so there is no second copy to drift.
Each lead carries a consent field and a DNC flag. A person who says “don't call again” is put on the list during the call and never dialed again by any campaign. The compliance gate is the only path to the dialer, and the test mode uses it too.
Yes. The engine is a Node process with a SQLite database; it talks to Gemini Live and to your telephony, and syncs with the panel by an engine key. Your audio and transcripts stay on your machine; the panel shows what the engine reports.
Send a line about what you sell and whom you call. We set up a script from a template and call you — you will hear the agent, see the transcript and get the outcome, as your clients would.
