Frequently asked questions
Is the free plan really free forever?
Yes. You can use the Free plan with up to 30 clients and 50 visits per month for as long as you like — no credit card required. When you outgrow it, upgrade in one click.
How does the 14-day trial work?
When you start a paid trial, you get full access to that plan for 14 days at €0. The trial runs through the App Store on your Apple ID; Apple reminds you before it converts. Cancel in Settings → Subscriptions before the trial ends and you pay nothing.
Can I change or cancel my plan later?
Yes, anytime. Upgrade or downgrade right in the app, and cancel in Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payment is handled by the Apple App Store using the payment method on your Apple ID — cards, Apple Pay, and whatever else your Apple account supports in your country.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple — request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. See our refund policy for details and for web purchases.
Is voice AI included in every plan?
No. Voice AI (powered by ElevenLabs) is available from the Starter plan onwards (10 min/month), with larger quotas on Pro (60 min) and Business (300 min). Free plan does not include voice AI.
Will my data be safe?
Absolutely. Data is stored on EU/US servers via Supabase (GDPR-compliant), encrypted in transit and at rest, with Row-Level Security so no other user ever sees your data. See our privacy policy.
Do you offer a discount for annual plans?
Yes — 20% off when you pay annually. The discount applies to Starter, Pro, and Business plans. Switch with the Monthly/Yearly toggle above.
