Is the free plan really free forever?
Yes. You can use the Free plan with up to 30 clients and 50 visits per month for as long as you like — no credit card required. When you outgrow it, upgrade in one click.
How does the 14-day trial work?
When you start a paid trial, you get full access to that plan for 14 days. No card upfront. At the end of the trial, choose to subscribe or fall back to Free. We never auto-charge without your consent.
Can I change or cancel my plan later?
Yes, anytime. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your account portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and local payment methods depending on your country — all securely processed by Paddle.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes — see our refund policy. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on first-time subscriptions. After that, refunds are considered case-by-case for technical issues or duplicate charges.
Is voice AI included in every plan?
No. Voice AI (powered by ElevenLabs) is available from the Starter plan onwards (10 min/month), with larger quotas on Pro (60 min) and Business (300 min). Free plan does not include voice AI.
Will my data be safe?
Absolutely. Data is stored on EU/US servers via Supabase (GDPR-compliant), encrypted in transit and at rest, with Row-Level Security so no other user ever sees your data. See our privacy policy.
