Is it really free?
Yes. During early access the whole product is free for individual masters and small studios. Premium tiers (team-wide roles, advanced analytics, custom branding on the booking page) are coming; the core stays free.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Open Custom AI in any modern browser. On iPhone you can also install the native app from the App Store for haptic feedback, push notifications and Apple Sign-In.
How does the voice AI work?
A real ElevenLabs voice agent trained on the product. It connects directly to your data: your clients, your calendar, your finance. You speak in your language; it answers in your language and performs the action immediately.
What about my data?
Your data is yours. Stored on Supabase EU servers, encrypted at rest, never sold. You can export it any time. Voice transcripts are processed by ElevenLabs and not stored beyond the live session.
Can my clients book themselves?
Yes — share your /book link. Clients see your services, prices and free slots on a beautiful page in their own language. You see the new booking instantly with a banner.
Which industries is it for?
Anyone who books one-to-one services: nail studios, brows, lashes, hairdressers, barbers, massage therapists, podologists, dentists, tattoo artists, beauty studios, fitness coaches, tutors, pet groomers, and many more.
Does it work offline?
The PWA caches the last loaded data so you can browse the calendar offline. Creating new bookings, finance entries and voice AI need a connection.
Can I migrate from another app?
